Pastor Randy Duncan
At the heart of New Creation’s ministry is our pastor, who provides spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, and compassionate care to our congregation and community. Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition, our pastor leads with vision, authenticity, and a deep love for Christ and the Church.
Church Council & Lay Leaders
The Church Council is made up of trusted lay leaders who prayerfully guide the mission and ministry of New Creation. Together with the Church Council Chair, they help discern God’s direction, support our ministries, and ensure that our work reflects the values and vision of our church family.
Staff Members
Our church staff serve with dedication, creativity, and joy—each bringing unique gifts to support the day-to-day ministries of New Creation. Whether behind the scenes or out front, they help make sure our community is cared for, our programs run smoothly, and our church remains a welcoming place for all.
