We believe that youth have the ability to change the world. Youth are fearless and forthright in mission. Youth are dynamic and diligent in ministry. Youth breathe life and enthusiasm into God’s kingdom. The New Creation Youth Ministry is the place for students from 6th to 12th grade to be transformed by God through relevant worship, servant leadership and intentional fellowship.
Sunday Night Life
What is your Sunday night life like? Sunday nights are the most exciting time of the week for the Youth Ministry! Each Sunday at 6 pm, our youth worship, study, socialize and serve together as they grow further in their relationships with each other and Jesus Christ.
Youth Life Groups
Sunday nights are not the only chance that youth have to get together for study and socializing. Some of our church families open their homes to our youth during the week. Sunday Morning Study allows our youth to strengthen their discipleship before or after worship. Check out all of our opportunities during the week for youth to connect with each and strengthen their relationship with God.
Sunday Morning Study: 9:45 am Sundays in the Young Lounge (Rainbow Room) at New Creation
High School Small Group: Returning in 2018!
Middle School Small Groups:

Youth are encouraged to participate as leaders in ministry here at New Creation. Our youth are active in the life of the church, serving as teacher assistants in the Children's Sunday school, serving as ushers during our services and welcoming friends and guests to our church each Sunday morning. Our youth may also serve on the Youth Leadership Team, helping shape the Youth Ministry for their peers. Youth who serve as leaders at the church are required to either attend SNL or participate in a Youth Life Group.
It is the policy of the Youth Ministry at New Creation UMC to seek the inclusion of all Youth in our activities, camps and programs regardless of financial means. Although it is necessary that we charge for several of our ministry events, we attempt to keep expenses as low as possible and we make scholarships available to students and families experiencing financial hardships.
Our Staff and Volunteers
Our Youth Ministry staff takes safety and accountability very seriously. Our Safe Sanctuary guidelines require our staff and volunteers to complete a background and criminal record check and abuse and boundary awareness training. We use the Safe Gatherings program to approve our staff and regular volunteers.
