Use the Communications Support Request Form to submit any requests for the Communications Team.

All requests are reviewed on Tuesdays. Most requests require a conversation between your team and the Communications Director. You should also schedule an appointment with the Communications Director to discuss your communications or media needs.

Support Request Deadlines: when planning your events that need assistance from Communications, please consider these timelines for your requests. These timelines help us do our best work!

  • Simple requests: 2 weeks

  • Website and Digital: 2 weeks

  • Design and Print: 4 weeks

  • Videos: 6 weeks
